What is invoicing software for multiple businesses?
Invoicing software for multiple businesses lets one person create and send invoices for several companies from a single login, while keeping each company's invoices completely separate. Each company has its own name and legal details, branding, invoice numbers, bank details, clients and email address, so nothing from one business ever appears on another business's invoice.
Invco is built for exactly this. It's invoicing software for people who run more than one company: founders with several entities, agencies billing under more than one brand, and consultants who invoice through more than one company.
What stays separate for each company in Invco?
Every company in Invco is its own workspace, not a tag on a shared list. Switching between them takes one click, and each company keeps:
- Its own branding and invoice templates, including your own uploaded invoice PDF with the fields detected for you
- Its own clients
- Its own sequential invoice numbering
- Its own business details, tax numbers and bank details printed on the PDF
- Its own email address for sending (Gmail, Google Workspace, Hostinger or any SMTP/IMAP account)
- Its own inbox, with client replies filed against the invoice they're about
- Its own outstanding, overdue and paid totals
Why not keep a separate invoicing account for each business?
You can, and many people start that way. But separate accounts mean separate logins, often a separate subscription per business, and no single view of what each company is owed. They also make the expensive mistakes easy: an invoice sent from the wrong mailbox, or with the wrong company's bank details.
A multi-company tool keeps the separation you need while removing the switching. In Invco, you pay for the number of companies you run, not for a full subscription per business.
How much does it cost to invoice from several companies?
Invco is priced by how many companies you invoice from. Starter is $10/month for 1 company, Growth is $20/month for up to 3 companies, Pro is $30/month for up to 8 companies, Scale is $50/month for up to 20 companies, and Unlimited is $100/month with no cap. Every feature is on every plan, invoices and clients are unlimited, and there are no per-invoice fees.
| Plan | Companies | Price per month |

How do you set up multiple companies in Invco?
Setting up a second (or twentieth) company takes a few minutes:
- Add the company with its legal name, address, tax numbers and bank details.
- Give it a template: upload the invoice PDF it already uses, pick a built-in template, design one on the canvas, or ask Claude to design one.
- Connect the company's own email address so invoices go out from it and replies come back to it.
- Add its clients and start invoicing. Numbering starts its own sequence for that company.
Can Claude invoice across all my companies?
Yes. Invco has a built-in MCP server, so Claude can switch to the right company and create, update and email invoices for it when you ask, using that company's templates, clients and email address. You connect it with a personal API key, scoped to your account and revocable at any time.
What doesn't Invco do?
Invco does invoicing only. It doesn't take online card payments, send automatic payment reminders, create recurring invoices, estimates or quotes, track expenses, or do bookkeeping and tax. Invoices carry each company's bank details, you mark them paid when the money arrives, and overdue invoices are flagged automatically. Keep your accountant for the books.

Frequently asked questions
Can I manage invoices for multiple businesses from one account?
Yes. In Invco, one login holds every company you run. Each company keeps its own branding, templates, clients, invoice numbering, bank details and email inbox, and you switch between them in one click.
Does each company get its own invoice numbering?
Yes. Invco numbers invoices sequentially for each company separately, so every business keeps its own unbroken sequence.
Can each company send invoices from its own email address?
Yes. Connect each company's own email (Gmail, Google Workspace, Hostinger or any SMTP/IMAP account) and its invoices go out as branded PDFs from that address. Client replies are pulled back in and filed against the right invoice, in that company's inbox.
