For people who run more than one company
Every company.
One login.
Paid by card.
Four companies shouldn't mean four subscriptions, four logins and a no-reply address on every invoice. Invco keeps each brand exactly as it is, sends from each company's real address, and takes card payments straight into each company's own account.

Why Invco exists
Three compromises you've
been told to live with.
Every invoicing tool asks you to accept at least one of these. Invco was built by someone who refused all three.
“Your invoice will look like everyone else's now.”
Your invoice is the one document every client reads. You spent years making it look like your company — then an invoicing app flattens it into template #4. Not here: upload the PDF, however complex, and the AI rebuilds your exact design, fully editable on a real canvas. Pixel for pixel.

“It'll send from our no-reply address.”
An invoice from no-reply@someapp.com looks like spam and lands like it too. Invco sends from your address — Gmail, Workspace, Hostinger, any SMTP domain, one mailbox per company — and pulls client replies back in against the invoice they answer. A conversation about INV-2041 lives on INV-2041.

Invco isn't accounting software.
No ledgers, no bookkeeping, no tax filing, and no attempt to replace QuickBooks or Xero. It does three things properly — branded invoices, card payments, and business email. Keep your accountant.
Card payments · SumUp
An invoice that gets itself paid.
The fastest way to get paid is to make paying effortless. Every invoice carries a Pay now link and a QR code; your client taps it, pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the invoice flips itself to Paid. You find out you've been paid from Invco — not from squinting at a bank feed.
- Pay now link + QR code on every invoice
- Marked paid automatically the moment it clears
- Statements, reminders and reconciliation built in
- A separate payment account per company
Your money never touches Invco
Invco is an integration platform, not a payment provider. Every business connects its own SumUp merchant account, and money moves from the payer to that merchant account directly. Invco never holds, routes, or settles funds, and never sees a card number — all card entry happens on SumUp's own hosted checkout.

AI automation · Claude MCP
Run it all in plain English.
The fastest interface is no interface. Connect Invco to Claude — it works on a free Claude plan — and invoicing becomes a sentence you type, not twelve fields you fill. The AI uses your real templates and your real client list, scoped to your account and nothing else.
- “Create an invoice for this customer for a $2,000 Web Development service.”
- “Send it to them from my company email.”
- “Download the invoice as a PDF.”

Against whatever you're using now.

Pricing
Pay for the companies you run.
Two plans, every feature on both. The only thing that changes the price is how many companies you run — never which features you get. No free tier, on purpose: Invco is built for people billing real money, and the 7-day refund is the trial.

Trust
The boring parts, done properly.
Nobody switches invoicing software for the security page. But nobody stays without one.
We never hold your money
Payments settle from SumUp to your own account. There is no Invco balance, and no cut taken.
Isolated workspaces
Another customer's records are never in scope of a query — not filtered out afterwards.
Your data stays yours
Export anytime, including after a subscription lapses. Lapsing blocks new records, never old ones.
Backed up nightly
Encrypted off-platform archives, integrity-checked and restore-tested automatically.
“I run several companies myself, and no tool handled the two things I actually needed across all of them: invoices that keep each brand exactly as it is, and real email and payments from each company's own account.”
So I built Invco — upload an invoice and AI recreates it, manage every company from one login, take card payments into your own account, and run the whole thing by asking. It isn't free, because I'd rather build for people who bill real money than chase sign-ups. Give it a week: if it isn't for you, email me and I'll refund you in full.
Hamad · Founder, Have.Digital
Saved cards & automatic retainer billing (card storage handled entirely by SumUp — Invco holds only a token), and WhatsApp invoicing from your own number. Everything above this line is live today, not a promise.
FAQ
Asked before you had to.
Invco is a paid product — there is no free tier. Pro is $100/month and covers up to 5 companies. Unlimited is $499/month with no cap on companies. Both add $10 per invoice you raise, so a quiet month costs you less than a busy one. Cancel any time, and if the first charge isn't right for you, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
No. Invco is priced for people who bill real money through it, and a free tier would mean building for a different customer. What we do instead is make leaving painless: cancel in one click, get a full refund within 7 days of a charge, and export everything you've ever created at any time — including after you stop paying.
No. Invco isn't for bookkeeping, ledgers, or tax returns, and it doesn't try to replace QuickBooks or Xero. It does three things exceptionally well: create professional on-brand invoices, get them paid by card, and run your business email. Keep your accountant — Invco handles the invoicing, payments and email side.
Every invoice can carry a Pay now link and a QR code. Your client taps it, pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on SumUp's hosted checkout, and the invoice flips to Paid on its own — you don't have to watch your bank feed. Payments are powered by SumUp and settle straight into your own SumUp merchant account.
Neither. Invco is an integration platform, not a payment provider. You connect your own SumUp merchant account, and money moves from your client to that account directly — it never passes through Invco. Card details are entered on SumUp's own checkout page, so Invco never receives a card number. We store only the checkout reference, the amount and the status.
SumUp does, under your own SumUp agreement, at whatever rate you've agreed with them. Invco doesn't add a cut of your transactions on top — your Invco subscription is the whole of what you pay us.
Yes. Upload your current invoice as a PDF — however branded or complex — and the AI rebuilds it as a pixel-matching, fully editable template inside Invco. You never have to redesign from scratch or compromise your branding.
Up to 5 on Pro, and as many as you like on Unlimited. Each company keeps its own branding, templates, clients, email account, payment account and settings, and switching between them is one click — no separate logins, no extra subscriptions, no re-integration.
Gmail, Google Workspace, Hostinger, or any custom domain over standard SMTP/IMAP. Every company gets its own inbox and outbox inside Invco, and invoices are sent from your real address — never a generic no-reply. Replies from clients land back in Invco against the right invoice.
No. Invco connects to Claude with a simple connector that works even on a free Claude cloud plan. Your API key is scoped to your account only and can be revoked in one click.
You keep them. When a subscription lapses, Invco stops you creating new invoices — it never stops you opening, downloading or exporting what you've already created. Locking a business out of its own billing records isn't a pricing tactic we're willing to use.
Every business runs in its own isolated workspace — your clients, invoices, templates and email are never visible to another Invco customer. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, payment credentials are encrypted at rest, and encrypted off-site backups are taken nightly. Full detail is on our security page.
Stop compromising your brand
Every company you run, invoiced and paid.
$100 a month, cancel any time, full refund inside seven days. The riskiest part of trying Invco is admitting how much time the old way was costing you.
