Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Invco at invco.pro. By creating an account or using Invco, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Invco.
1. The service
Invco is an online invoicing platform that lets you design custom invoice templates, create and manage invoices and clients, send invoices by email from your own address, and optionally automate invoicing through a built-in MCP integration with AI assistants such as Claude.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must verify your email address to use the service.
3. Free period and pricing
Every new account is free for its first 2 months, with all features included and no credit card required. After the free period, continued use is billed at a flat $10 per month. We will make the current price clear before you are charged. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund Policy for details.
4. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the business data, clients, invoices, and templates you create in Invco (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, render, and deliver Your Content so we can provide the service to you. We do not sell Your Content.
5. Sending email from your address
If you connect your own email to send invoices, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send from that address and that your use complies with your email provider's terms and applicable anti-spam laws. You must only send invoices to recipients who expect to receive them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invco to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- Send spam, fraudulent invoices, or deceptive content;
- Attempt to access other users' workspaces or data;
- Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service or its infrastructure;
- Resell the service without our written permission.
7. AI / MCP usage
The MCP integration lets an AI assistant act on your account using an API key you control. You are responsible for the keys you issue and the actions you ask an assistant to perform. You can revoke a key at any time from your settings.
8. Availability
We work to keep Invco available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
9. Disclaimers
Invco helps you create and send invoices but is not an accounting, tax, or legal advisor. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invco will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Invco and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you may request an export or deletion of Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by your local law.
