Invoicing for agencies
Invoicing software for agencies that bill under more than one brand
Invco keeps every brand or entity your agency runs under one login. Each keeps its own invoice design, numbering, bank details and email address, and Claude can create and send invoices when you ask. Plans from $10 a month.
Updated
- Each brand's own invoice design, from your existing PDF
- Sent from each brand's own email address
- One login for every brand and entity
What should agencies look for in invoicing software?
The best invoicing software for an agency depends on how the agency bills. Agencies that bill under one brand mostly need clean invoices and payment collection. Agencies that run several brands, sub-brands or legal entities need something else: every brand's invoices kept separate and on-brand, without a separate account for each one. Weigh these:
- Several brands or entities under one login, each with its own numbering and bank details
- Each brand's own invoice design, ideally reusing the invoice you already send
- Invoices sent from each brand's own email address, not a no-reply
- Client replies kept with the invoice they're about
- Pricing that doesn't charge a full subscription per brand
- Whether you also need time tracking, recurring retainers or online payments in the same tool
How does Invco work for agencies?
Invco is invoicing software for people who run more than one company, which is the shape of many agencies: a holding company, a studio brand, a white-label arm, a separate entity for a big client. Each one is its own workspace in Invco with its own branding, templates, clients, invoice numbering, bank details and email inbox, and you switch between them in one click.
Upload the invoice PDF each brand already uses and Invco detects where the invoice number, dates, client details and totals go, so the design clients know stays exactly as it is. Or design a template on the drag-and-drop canvas, or ask Claude to design one.
- Each brand sends branded PDFs from its own address (Gmail, Google Workspace, Hostinger or any SMTP/IMAP)
- Preview before sending, add CC, or schedule an invoice to send later
- Client replies filed against the right invoice, one inbox per brand
- Draft, sent, paid and overdue at a glance for every brand
- Long line-item descriptions, per-line tax and any currency per invoice
Can Claude handle an agency's monthly invoicing?
Yes, when you ask it to. With Invco's built-in MCP server connected, you can tell Claude: "Create October retainer invoices for Northwind and Acme under the studio brand, on its template, and email them." Claude switches to the right company, builds each invoice on that brand's template and sends it from that brand's address. Invco doesn't create recurring invoices on a schedule by itself, so each month's invoices are created by you or by Claude on request.
When is Invco not the right fit for an agency?
Invco does invoicing only. If your agency needs time tracking, project budgets, proposals, recurring invoices that send themselves, automatic payment reminders, online card payments or bookkeeping in the same product, choose a broader tool. Invco also has no free plan.
How much does Invco cost for an agency?
Invco is priced by how many companies or brands you invoice from: Starter is $10/month for 1 company, Growth is $20/month for up to 3 companies, Pro is $30/month for up to 8 companies, Scale is $50/month for up to 20 companies, and Unlimited is $100/month with no cap. Every feature is on every plan, with no per-invoice fees. Cancel any time, with a full refund within 7 days of a charge.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best invoicing software for agencies?
It depends on how you bill. If your agency bills under several brands or entities and wants each brand's invoices kept separate, on its own design and sent from its own email address, Invco is built for that, from $10 a month. If you need time tracking, recurring invoices or online payments in the same tool, choose a broader billing suite.
Can an agency invoice under several brands from one account?
Yes. In Invco each brand or entity is a separate company under one login, with its own branding, templates, clients, invoice numbering, bank details and email inbox.
Can we keep our existing invoice design?
Yes. Upload the invoice PDF you already send and Invco detects where the invoice number, dates, client details and totals go, so your own design is reused for every new invoice. You can adjust any field's position.
Does Invco do recurring retainer invoices?
No. Invco doesn't create recurring invoices automatically. You create each retainer invoice yourself, or ask Claude to create and send it through Invco's MCP integration.
