What's included on every plan?
The only difference between plans is how many companies you can run. Every plan includes:
- Unlimited invoices, clients and templates
- Drag-and-drop template designer with 20+ fonts, plus built-in templates
- Upload your existing invoice PDF and Invco detects the fields, so your own design is reused
- Sending from each company's own email address, with preview, CC and scheduling
- Client replies filed against the invoice they're about, one inbox per company
- Per-line tax, percentage or fixed discounts, any currency and sequential numbering per company
- Draft, sent, paid and overdue tracking, with overdue flagged automatically
- Claude (MCP) integration with a personal, revocable API key
- PDF download and CSV export of everything
- Optional two-factor sign-in
Is there a free plan or free trial?
No. Invco has no free plan and no free trial. Instead, Starter is $10 a month, you can cancel any time, and any charge is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days.
What happens to my invoices if I stop paying?
You keep them. When a subscription lapses, Invco stops you creating new invoices and other records, but you can still open, download and export everything you've already created.
What isn't included in any plan?
Invco does invoicing only, so no plan includes online card payments or payment links, automatic payment reminders, recurring invoices, estimates or quotes, expenses, bookkeeping or tax filing, or a mobile app. Invoices carry your own bank details and you mark them paid.
