What Invco is

Invco is an AI invoicing assistant for freelancers, agencies, and small businesses. It pairs a real AI assistant — a built-in Claude (MCP) integration that creates clients, builds invoices on your own templates, sets statuses, and emails them in plain English — with a drag-and-drop custom invoice template designer and automated emailing from your own address.

Unlike tools that bolt a “generate” button onto a normal form, Invco lets the AI do the actual work, using your real templates and client data, with every action scoped strictly to your account.

Why we built it

Invco was built by Hamad, founder of Have.Digital, after years of invoicing eating hours that should have gone to real work — wrestling templates, retyping client details, and chasing payments. The goal was simple: describe an invoice and have it designed, sent from your own email, and tracked to paid, with as little manual work as possible.

How it works

Create a free account, add your business details and a template (design one on the canvas or upload an existing PDF), then create and send invoices — by hand, or by asking Claude through Invco's built-in MCP server. Every invoice is emailed as a branded PDF from your own address and tracked from sent to viewed to paid, inside a private, per-business workspace.

Invco is free to start — one company with the core features, no credit card required — with simple company-based plans from $10/month as you grow to 5, 20, or unlimited companies.
