About Invco
Built for the person running more than one company
Invco is invoicing software for operators who run more than one company: your exact invoice design recreated by AI, every business under one login, card payments into your own merchant account, and email from your own address. Built by Have.Digital. From $100/month.
What Invco is
Invco is invoicing software for people who run more than one company. Upload an existing invoice and AI recreates the design as an editable template; every business you run sits under one login with its own branding, mailbox and payment account; clients pay by card straight into your own merchant account; and the whole thing can be driven in plain English through Claude.
Unlike tools that bolt a “generate” button onto a normal form, Invco lets the AI do the actual work, using your real templates and client data, with every action scoped strictly to your account.
It is not accounting software. There are no ledgers, no bookkeeping and no tax filing, and we are not trying to replace QuickBooks or Xero. Keep your accountant.
Why we built it
Invco was built by Hamad, founder of Have.Digital, out of a specific frustration rather than a market gap on a slide. Running several companies meant several invoicing subscriptions, several logins, and a different compromise on brand in each one — and every tool insisted on sending from its own no-reply address.
The goal was narrow on purpose: keep each company's invoice looking exactly as it already does, send it from that company's real email address, take the payment into that company's own account, and let all of it be done by asking rather than clicking.
Who it's for
Multi-company founders and holding groups billing under several entities; agencies and studios that need each brand reproduced exactly; accountants and consultants invoicing under more than one company; and teams that want billing to happen inside an existing Claude workflow.
Freelancers under a single brand are welcome and well served, but they are not who the pricing is designed around — it assumes real billing volume. If you send three invoices a year, there are cheaper tools and we would rather say so.
How it works
Create an account, add your business details and a template (design one on the canvas or upload an existing PDF), connect each company's email address and SumUp account, then create and send invoices — by hand, or by asking Claude through Invco's built-in MCP server. Every invoice is emailed as a branded PDF from your own address, can carry a Pay now link and QR code, and is tracked from sent to viewed to paid inside a private, per-business workspace.
How we handle money
Invco is an integration platform, not a payment provider. Every business connects its own SumUp merchant account, and money moves from the payer to that merchant account directly. Invco never holds, routes, or settles funds, and never sees a card number — all card entry happens on SumUp's own hosted checkout.
That is a deliberate choice, not a missing feature. Holding other people's money is a regulated activity; staying out of the flow keeps Invco a software product and keeps your payouts governed by your own agreement with your payment provider rather than by us. It also means we cannot take a percentage of your transactions, and we don't.
Pricing & trust
Invco is a paid product — Pro at $100/month for up to 5 companies, Unlimited at $499/month with no cap, both plus $10 per invoice raised. There is no free tier; instead, a charge is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days.
Every business operates in its own isolated workspace, passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and payment and mail credentials are encrypted at rest. If a subscription lapses we stop you creating new records, but never stop you opening, downloading or exporting what you have already made. Our security page sets out the detail, including what we don't claim. Reach a real person at support@invco.pro.
Who you are dealing with
Invco is operated by Invco. It is a small, independent business rather than a venture-funded platform, run by a named founder you can actually reach.
General support and sales: support@invco.pro. Billing: billing@invco.pro. Data protection: privacy@invco.pro. Security reports: security@invco.pro. There is also a WhatsApp line, which is usually the fastest way to get hold of us.
