What is Zoho Invoice?

Zoho Invoice is free invoicing software from Zoho. As of October 2026, its pricing page says you can add up to two users, create up to three projects and send up to 500 invoices per year, and that you can have up to two organizations under the same account. Invoices include “Powered by Zoho Invoice” branding.

The free plan covers more of the billing cycle than Invco does: online payments, automated payment reminders, recurring invoices, quotes, expenses, time tracking and a customer portal.

What is Invco?

Invco is invoicing software for people who run more than one company. One login holds every company, each with its own branding, invoice templates, clients, sequential invoice numbering and email address. Upload the invoice PDF you already use and Invco detects where the fields go, or design a template on a drag-and-drop canvas. Invoices go out as branded PDFs from each company's own address, client replies are filed against the right invoice, and Claude can do all of it through Invco's built-in MCP server.

Starter is $10/month for 1 company, Growth is $20/month for up to 3 companies, Pro is $30/month for up to 8 companies, Scale is $50/month for up to 20 companies, and Unlimited is $100/month with no cap. Every feature is on every plan, with no per-invoice fees.

When should you choose Invco over Zoho Invoice?

Invco is the better fit when:

  • You invoice from more than two companies and want them all under one login.
  • You want to keep your existing invoice design: upload the PDF and Invco detects the fields.
  • Each company must send from its own email address, with client replies filed against the invoice.
  • You'd rather run invoicing in plain English through Claude.

When is Zoho Invoice the better choice?

Be honest with yourself about what you need. Zoho Invoice is the better fit when:

  • You want a free tool and send fewer than 500 invoices a year.
  • You need online card payments, recurring invoices, automatic reminders or quotes.
  • You run one or two businesses and already use other Zoho apps.
